As most businesses, we started this store to make an income off of it. We saw a big opportunity in this niche in this market and we positioned ourselves selling products that have big demand in a local market and we wanted to build a brand around it. We saw similar beauty niche products being sold in other countries like France and other markets in Europe and thought why not try go local in a country like Norway.

Because we want to focus on our other stores but also to start venturing into other businesses.

    I would touch other traffic channels such as TikTok, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads as well as Facebook Ads and continue working on Snapchat Ads. We can also start working with influencers. Eventually we can start adding new products in the same beauty skin niche as we have a database of 4.5k email list. You can also start social media pages for the brand in Instagram, TikTok, as well as Pinterest for more brand awareness and organic traffic and sales.

    Skills to have

    It depends on whether they want to spend time on the store or not. I was running the store working 5/6 hours a week. But we were managing ads and offers in the website and outsourcing supply chain + customer service So if the new owner would want to do the same they'd have to whether have skills with media buying or just delegate with agencies.
