Why this business was started

Building something from zero and turning it into something has always fascinated me and since a very young age, I have always been captivated by entrepreneurship and have had several small businesses. Seeing the E-commerce industry getting bigger and bigger over the past couple of years and being an online shopper myself, I wanted to be apart of that industry. I started this business as a standard Dropshipping store in the Beauty niche and I quickly found excellent problem-solving products that the market needed. With the early success, I started moving away from the basic Aliexpress Dropshipping model and started building an actual brand, with branded, private labeled products design by our graphic designers. From there the business kept on growing to now being recognized in the beauty niche.

The reason of selling this business

The Primary reason I'm open to selling the business is that I am running other businesses in sectors totally different from e-commerce (Real estate and financial markets), thus over the past few months I wasn't fully committed to this store but was still reluctant to selling it. I have finally come to the conclusion that selling this business is the best move as it will allow me to entirely focus on new ventures. The foundation and ground works have been done. The store has some really interesting numbers and is ready for the perfect buyer.

What's involved in running this business

The store is fully tuned to be as automated as it can be. Currently, I have a sourcing team with a large warehouse capacity. The team is responsible for order fulfillment and is very efficient. I also have a customer support team of 5 people working 24/7 to make sure the customer gets the best support possible

My personal daily tasks involve about 15% of the total workload. First, Checking over and editing advertising campaigns (1.5 hours per day). We mainly advertised on facebook and Instagram through facebook's business manager. We also ran a few google ads campaigns as well as snapchats ads and paid influencers from Instagram. Second, Checking in with employees, and team manager to ensure everything is going well. Paying my direct supplier for orders on a weekly basis. My total daily tasks are on average 2 hours.
