I have been in the ecommerce industry for over 3 years now, running multiple drop shipping and branded stores, I am constantly building new business's and creating brands / stores. Its common for me too develop a store / brand and then sell the business once its at its most optimal stages so that it is ready for a new owner or someone that wants to take it to a higher level. This shop was initially a test environment to try out a new form of visuals optimized for mobile use that is fast, engaging, and stands out from the competition.

The reason of selling this business

I am slowly starting to offload some of the working weight so that I can pursue a different career as a media buyer. I want to exit and pass the business off to someone that has the time to adequately give this business the time and energy it needs for continued growth. I have the vision on how this brand could be scaled up and I hope whoever buys this will be able to execute on opportunity.

What's involved in running this business

The realization of advertising campaigns is the main task. As the quality of the product is already high and we have already agreed on a fast and reliable shipping method, fulfilling orders is a matter of minutes every day. In order to maintain customer relationships, we dedicated a part of our website where they can contact us easely. Most of the questions concern the use of our product in a unique environment (camper van, washbasin etc...). We have set up an automation of the follow-up of the orders by e-mail in order to reduce the recurring questions concerning the delivery time. As far as product research is concerned, our collaboration with Erik, our agent, as well as competitive intelligence on our part allows us to be attractive and stand out in the market.

    -Update of the product with new and more modern solutions produced by our agent, as we already did in the past. -E-mail campaigns every 4 month for the mineral refill. -Re-targeting campaigns that we don't currently do. -Opening to the Austrian and Luxembourg market without modification of the website. -Increase of the average basket (initially 29€, now 45€ it could still be increased). -Adaptation of the marketing offer for younger people (today our customers are in the 40/65 age group range). -Integration of new traffic acquisition channels (google adwords, SEO, influencers).
