We decided to tackle on the males grooming industry because here in Mexico there wasn't anyone that was targeting this niche so we saw the opportunity and took it.
There aren't any big players in the field so there is still a lot of room to grow.
As a male in Mexico we don't have a lot of information available and it isn't socially accepted to have a grooming routine, we have been working towards it and breaking a lot of barriers.
The reason of selling this business
I am looking to go to new industries and territories so that I can keep growing personally and professionally in my field and focus my attention in what I am an expert. I know that this is a great business and in the right hands it can keep going on. Also, we are looking that we are entering in a complicated economic moment in Mexico and I am no longer able to finance the business without taking a higher salary so one goal of the sale is to have some cash and some savings. The good news is that the brand and business is well know and have a great reputation so when things get up again it could really scale and grow.

We need to make all the Ads so that people can get to the store, create new and fresh content, fulfilling orders, anti fraud screening. We have 30 suppliers from were we purchase our products so there needs to be a process in hand to order the products and then make the payments to them.

How to grow this business
We see a lot of potential in expanding to Latin America and also in developing and manufacturing products with a white label or new brand so that will have greater margins. Our previous efforts help us get to where we are at this moment and in the past had great results so I would continue to do them at a higher pace.
At the latest the efforts haven't had the impact they previously have, in the past we had a greater growth rate and because of the economic landscape in Mexico it has come to a halt, so we think that by being able to develop a great line of products you can position the store as one of the greatest out there and have a bright future.
If you develop a great content marketing strategy you can have a lot more customers and more material so that it could start selling more.
Opening a physical store can help to close the breach with the customer, Mexico doesn't have this type of stores and the men are eager for one. In Mexico City there is a Blue Ocean that you can exploit, most of the products are purchased in ecommerce or in barber shops but we as men like to have a more grateful experience to test and smell the products and have the best advice, not because the barber shop sells that product but because it's the best one.
Exploiting the wholesale business can be a great way to have more sales and profit, in the past we worked it but never put full attention to it but everyday there are new barbershops that want the product.
