It started as a hobby for making things for my own home and grew into a business. I started it when I had 1 child and some time on my hands during nap times.

The reason of selling this business

I have 4 young kids at home and don't have the time or mental energy to give to it. The income is no longer worth the time for my family. It's not exciting to me anymore!

What's involved in running this business

Designing products or collaborating with artists on new products. Fulfilling orders (I have someone do this for me because I wanted to minimize my involvement), coordinating manufacturing or doing it yourself, social media marketing, styling and photographing new products.

    How to grow this business

    Release new collections seasonally. Focus on artist/designer collaborations and social media and influencer marketing. I have not done any ads through google or facebook/instagram. I did one round of seasonal pinterest ads at Christmas and they went well, but I havent put the time into creating more. I haven't done any marketing outside of sending product to influencers and posting on instagram.
