What's involved in running this business

Online fulfillment: Working with the highest quality dropship provider in the market. 6-15 day shipping times and custom packaging with zero inventory restrictions. Online fulfillment is extremely simple, I spent about 5 min a day fulfilling 10-30 daily orders and another 20-30 min per day responding to customer service inquiries. Only other time spent would be to whatever you would want to do on FB/google ads and shooting new creative for ads.

Our primary product is for kids, but since parents are the usual buyers we have some remarketing on klaviyo and SMSbump to provide the same products for adults which we have seen good traction on.

I would recommend having some familiarity with Facebook Ads (maybe some google ads too) if interested in purchasing this business. If you are new to FB/google, don't sweat it... our ads have pretty much been on autopilot and generating 3k a month. I can share the ads, audiences, screenshots of ad account for you to replicate in your ad account. I know a few small up and coming FB/google agencies I can recommend as well to introduce you too who charge around $2k per month (so you literally don't have to do anything except fulfill orders for 30 min a day, respond to customer support, post IG photo's and still make $1500+ a month with zero effort). If you have a solid amount of experience in FB/Google, this store has ALOT of potential and we can do through the ad account in as much detail as you'd like.

I'm spending 1 hour a week and not even cycling in new FB creatives. ALOT of opportunity for growth.       I'm flexible and can make myself available for support after sale for 1 month to ensure buyer is comfortable with running all operations. I will walk through how to fulfill orders and get them set up with their own account for fulfilling orders. I will walk them through multiple customer service scenarios and provide insight for how we handle & respond. Upon transfer, buyer will be responsible for managing support for all orders (for example, if customer has inquiry on an order that was placed just before we transferred the account, buyer would be responsible for responding to them). With that said, seller will be responsible for any refunds, chargebacks, etc. for all orders placed before transfer. So if there is a customer complaint, refund, exchange or chargeback, I will cover the product payment, shipping fee or chargeback fee on those orders placed before the transfer (if were at order #2015 upon transfer for example, they would be responsible for orders #2016 and up)

    Market will only continue to grow. Alot of opportunity with paid media (Fb/google) where we've had alot of success. With campaigns we have live, you could just shoot & funnel in new creative and always have a profitable months.
