► CURRENT SITUATION

As you can see from the revenue graph, sales have dropped in the last few months. This happened mainly for lack of advertising (as you can see the traffic decreased proportionally in the same way) as I started to focus my attention elsewhere, investing my time and energies elsewhere on 2 other businesses that took off (an online agency and an electric bike manufacturing company).

However, the data gathered during the past 15 months can easily help the new owner to re-create successful ads to run on Instagram and Facebook (based on the same criteria adopted for the past ones).

Moreover, there is a great potential coming from Instagram influencers (which we temporarily stopped using back in June 2017 because of a shift towards FB advertising, but which still had a high potential of bringing great revenues). We have a list of more than 100 influencers with which we negotiated a unique deal for posting, and we can also provide records of past results thanks to our perfectly organised "Weekly Posting Schedule".

Finally, retargeting and re-marketing emails and advertising represent a huge opportunity which we never had the time to explore, having generated more than
334,045 abandoned carts in the last 14 months - the majority of which data can be used for retargeting campaigns.

Do you work with any employees, freelancers, or contractors?

1 • Main tasks are outsourced to an experienced customer service team, which deals with:

  • Email responses and FB messages;

  • Handling support tickets (handling 25-35 tickets per hour);

  • Dispute management;

  • Order fulfilment and processing.
    The cost is $6/hour, and is based on current incoming workload - no fixed contract.
    The future owner is free to continue working with the customer service team or not.

2 • Instagram account and Facebook fan page are currently managed by a London-based freelancer. She posts new content on a daily basis, and this include exclusive pictures wearing the website's watches, taken in different spots in the city.

We pay this freelancer $400/month for all the social media posting and newly-generated content.
The future owner is free to continue working with her or not.

3 • Due to an increase in traffic and sales coming from Brazil, we started to work with a trustworthy freelancer, who is available whenever we want to create tailor Portuguese-written email marketing campaigns or new ads in Portuguese.
