I'm selling the business because I need capital for my E2 investor visa. Looking for a keen buyer to take over this business with huge potential for growth. Our profit margins are very solid! P&L will show slightly lower profit because we decided to increase personal payroll to maximize QBI deduction and also prepaid our supplier (credit not inventory) and Google ads around a combined $80k for 2022.
