[PRIVATE INFO] is a strictly online business with both retail and wholesale trade of slow rising squishy toys and related gifts. Squishies are truly the ideal mail order product. They have an indefinite shelf life, can't be damaged in the mail and weigh just a few ounces! The company launched on Black Friday of 2016 after learning about the trend through our young daughter. I noticed a demand for an honest and reliable US-based squishy shop, and the idea was validated with an instant stream of traffic. The popularity of slow rising squishies has spread like wildfire and held steady. Google Trends has tracked a 150% increase for this query since our company launched, with a spike to 385% during the 2017 holiday season. Despite this explosion, it remains difficult to find reliable distributors and it takes time to gain access to the high-demand premium brands. My suppliers have been thoroughly vetted, are responsive and prompt. I receive early updates of upcoming releases and exclusive products and I enjoy discounts as a frequent buyer because of these strong relationships. [PRIVATE INFO] visitors break down into three basic groups: 1) Children and teens, mostly girls, in the U.S. 2) Adults buying gifts for children and teens 3) Wholesale customers buying in bulk (brick and mortar retailers in the U.S.) Organic traffic from Google searches and returning customers make up the lion's share of the visitors (averaging 14,000/month). Social media accounts are established, Instagram and YouTube being the most active. Note that sales increased 174% during the months of November and December. The current model is to drop ship wholesale orders but to ship retail orders from inventory stocked at my location in the US. It would however be easy to return to a drop ship only model. Existing inventory has a retail value of about $9,500 including about 100 unique products with live listings. Inventory is always in flux as new styles become available. Cost of goods at the time of purchase will be calculated and worked into the sale price of the business so that inventory can be shipped to the new owner. I recently had a baby and, while it is an ideal business to run from home, it is hard for me to manage as a new mom. I had planned to maintain ownership through this holiday season (which generated 1/3 of last year's sales), but now I realize it is an ideal time to transition to a new owner who can be in the swing by the time traffic skyrockets. The website generates great traffic as is and requires only minor maintenance. The squishy trend continues to grow, and there are many new avenues to explore. This is an ideal ecommerce store, with a loyal customer base and with great potential for additional growth. Order fulfillment takes an average of 15 minutes daily and buying is easy because I am flooded with updates and ordering prompts from my well-established suppliers.

Future possibilities include expanding the wholesale shop to include larger lots, facilitating custom squishy designs and/or custom packaging (manufacturers, MOQ and quotes have already been acquired), selling on Amazon FBA, strengthening existing relationships with social media influencers, and partnering with competitors for improved buying power.
