Why this business was started
I decided to run the business for two main reasons. First, I had prior experience in running Shopify stores and a fair knowledge of Facebook ads and how dropshipping worked. Secondly - and most importantly - I had one of the products I nowadays sell in the store and EVERYWHERE I went with it, people asked where did I buy it. However, it had been a gift and I couldn't find it anywhere. After so many people got interested and I found a reliable supplier, I decided to run the store and it quickly picked up in terms of sales.
The reason of selling this business
There are two main reasons why I am selling the business. First, it has to do with the fact that I am involved in a new project that is my true passion (has to do with games). Because I put all my energy and focus there, I feel it is truly a shame that my store is not receiving enough attention. I am certain that if someone takes it seriously, it can be incredibly rewarding and I’d be genuinely happy for having created it in the first place. The second reason is that I am looking for more liquidity at the moment, in order to start this new project related to gaming I mentioned before.
What's involved in running this business
There is only one main crucial activity: Customer Support. However, it doesn't really take much of my time, and is fairly straightforward. Order fulfillment is done automatically by our partner (supplier), and I don't do many changes to my ads on Facebook/Instagram.

How to grow this business

For that reason, I would introduce new products with high perceived value much like the existing ones, maximizing the lifetime value of a great list of existing customers, and keeping advertising to new ones. The scaling potential is definitely there: the incredible advantage this store has is that its products are catered for men and women of all ages.

There are two main skills needed to run the store: basic Facebook ads knowledge and ability to deal with customer support. Apart from that, the store is pretty much running on auto-pilot (our super reliable supplier has access to what’s needed in order to send products directly to our customers).
