I have this business at a point where it pretty much runs itself, orders are being captured by CJ drop shipping and I spent at most 20 min each morning fulfilling orders from the previous day. I have a VA that runs all customer service and my time is spent on managing my Facebook ads.

How to grow this business
For future growth I would recommend to go the private label route with buying in bulk and offering faster shipping especially in the States and Canada. I haven't scaled this store to it's full potential so there is great room for boosting sales even higher.
Skills to have
Running the store is very user friendly with everything you need already in place app wise. Marketing requires Facebook ads and we briefly touched on google ads.
