What work have you put into the store?
I have done a lot of online advertising. I have taken all the photos and created all the interesting descriptions and blog posts as well as website navigation. I have developed a local loyal customer base and also international customers through my website. Apart from Australian customers, I get orders from USA, UK, NZ and more (specs available).
Valentine’s Day and Mothers Day is triple profit, with the months leading up to Christmas (very busy period) also much higher than average turnover. Formal season is huge for corsages and I do a lot of weddings with enquiries year-round if you are a florist. If you don’t have floristry experience I can train you and this can be negotiated in the sale. I currently run it by myself and it can definitely be owner-operated even if you are not a florist.

How to grow this business
I would definitely expand my delivery range area. If you know how, or have the logistics to do so you could expand your profit tenfold or more. It's currently based in Australia with very limited delivery area of about a 20km radius. This is because I mostly do the deliveries myself and haven't looked into professional couriers much.
I would also put more priority in online advertising like Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram. At the same time I would also grow my wedding flowers business online. This can generate even more income.
Skills to have
This business would ideally suit a florist but anyone with a love of flowers and plants can run it successfully. All you need is a small studio space (or even a bench in your house) to put together the flower bouquets.
