I started this company in college 4 years ago at the age of 19 with a dream of revolutionizing the wellness space. I had personal reasons because of a family member to enter the space and wanted to create a for profit to help. Over the lifecycle of the company we were able to raise $30,000 for mental health charity and helped spread positivity to thousands of people.

My partners and I have created a 24/7 mastermind out of a 2 million dollar venture capitalist's estate near Philadelphia where we run several ecommerce websites. Collectively our group runs high 8 figure years, allowing every business to take advantage of large economies of sale (these advantages will be included in the sale). This ranges from special pricing and terms with manufacturers, shared high converting funnels and advertising strategies, strong leverage in fulfillment relationships and more.

The reason of selling this business

I have overextended myself with too many assets and would like to consolidate and invest capital from the asset sale into my other businesses. This listing includes a conglomerate of stores within our overarching niche. There are a total of 4 brands that we've consolidated into one. There is over an additional 7 million revenue that is not shown by Shopify. The company has had over 250,000 buyers over the course of its lifetime and a pixel with over $2,200,000 in adspend. There is an incredible amount of data here. There is a master email list of 750k people and a facebook page with 178k followers. I used 3rd party processing during June 2016 - March 2018 to run trial continuity with the business (proof available). From September 2018 - April 2019 there was 4.5m processed through the other shopify stores. During early 2018 chargeback issues and a corrupt merchant broker led to my name being placed on a MATCH list so I chose a rebrand (the old brands could be reopened under new ownership).

All operational items are automated. We have an elite virtual store manager who oversees our customer service department (there is also another customer service manager), supply chain management, admin support and financial management. We have an advertising agency ready to plug in to automate all social media advertising. You will also receive access to our propriety R&D process that allows us to smoke the competition with better products.
