Business Story

Why this business was started

I am very passionate on this niche and have a baby as well. This store has really done well considering it started late July 2020. Started to show its potential starting from November where it did a massive jump in revenue and profit.

The reason of selling this business

I honestly don't think I have even tapped into this store's full potential due the my lack of capital (bulk buying supplier can produce me an extra $2 per order).

This store has started showing its potential and need in the market starting in November hence why you can see a big jump in revenue from then.

Facebook ad photo is just one of the ad accounts used - I used multiple ad accounts due to the main one getting disabled so I decided to make a new one and ended up using multiple ad accounts because new ad accounts have daily ad spend limit which hindered me.

Shopify has given this store a valuation of $163,710 which is a fair valuation price considering the potential and upside of this store and product.

What's involved in running this business

I have a VA who handles all the customer service/fulfilling orders/dealing with supplier (can transfer VA to new owner if needed) so the main thing the new owner will be handling are the advertising campaigns and researching (expanding the niche if wanted)

Other details about profit: Shopify calculated from when the store has started which is July 28, 2020. This store really took off starting from November where it pulled in $62.9k in revenue and December pulled in $72.6k in revenue - both averaged around 17-22% in profits. Also could have done more if I did not run into paypal holds/facebook issues and if I had a lot more capital to work with (bulk buying of orders can increase profits up to $2 per order)

    Seller‘s Advice

    How to grow this business

If the new owner can fill in where I lacked (lack of capital) - they can really bank with this store (extra $2 per order using bulk buying supplier which will also be given) and this is also with customization of your choice and quality assurance before shipping - allowing you to have less customer issues and actual branding capabilities.

    Why use Exchange?

Exchange is the largest and fastest-growing marketplace for Shopify e-commerce stores

    Verified listing data

The revenue and traffic data that you see on each listing is pulled directly from its Shopify account. This means that the data has been verified. Exchange reviews and monitors listings for thorough and accurate information.

    Secure messaging platform

You will be able to communicate with sellers via a secure messaging platform. After you log in and request information from a listing, sellers are notified and have the ability to respond. When you are ready, you can make an offer.

    Encrypted payment capture

Exchange and Escrow.com have partnered together to provide you with safe transactions that have bank encryption, making sure that payment is securely captured. Escrow.com ensures that its users pass verification checks before transactions can proceed.

Take time to inspect the business

Once you submit payment to Escrow.com and the payment has been secured, the funds are held until you confirm that all assets received are as negotiated. You can use the inspection period to ask the seller any extra questions about the business.

    Safe store transfer

When the transaction is finalized, the dedicated migration team at Exchange will begin the process of making you the new owner of the store. Buyers and sellers will be notified via an email from the Exchange team once store transfers have been completed.
