I started this business in 2014 focusing mainly on smartphone and accessories because the demand was and is still now huge. I start this store because I see clearly a long term store, we live in a tech world now and people are always looking for the next gear to try. I started because I predict it to be very profitable. At that time I was looking to launch a store that I can run for at least 5 years and can give me a passive income.

The reason of selling this business

Because of the Coronavirus I have deiced with my team to go all-in with a service based business and since January 2020 we have not devoted the right attention to this profitable store. Other details about profit: We have migrated to Shopify just 2 years ago, for the previous 4 years on Opencart we have documented revenue of $29M total with a profit margin about 13%. I have attached the screenshot which shows the revenue from June 2018 (when we start to plan the migration to Shopify and began development) to November 2018 (when we migrate to Shopify). I have available the revenue made from 2014 to 2018 because we kept the Opencart system saved in our server. NB: In March 2020 we have refunded all the orders we got from February and March which was about USD $109K. We decided to refund all the orders because of the Coronavirus in China which is the place we mainly source and purchase goods. As you know China passed a difficult time and we did not want our customers wait for it. Now China is back to work but we want to sell this store to focus in our service company.
