Wanted to try my hand in the fashion industry and ended up with a bigger store than I expected
Not enough time to fully sink into this, and will have to let this store slowly die down which is not the option I want to go with
Current metrics show a November revenue of 16k, and that is all with only 3k in adspend. if you just scaled adspend up the store will scale alongside it as currently I have a target of 600 Million facebook users, and I have approached this with broad targeting to not over saturate my market for sustained growth. I have thought long term with this business and if you even have just basic knowledge of advertising and eCommerce, this could very well be 100k a month easily.
The reason of selling this business
Impossible for me to currently scale with time commitments, November has been killing me in terms of running the store and I would like to see someone with more time generate bigger revenues with higher ad spend.
I limited my daily adspend proportional to the amount of time, around $100 a day. Imagine $500 a day of targeted ads that reach the right market
Currently, after all my suppliers shut down for COVID, I have restarted the store with a lower ad budget as I dont have the time to keep up with 20k revenue months.
I have increased profit margins by charging more, and I have been in talks with private suppliers that can bulk fulfill orders to scale.
The main reason I wanted to sell the store is that I wanted to free up my time in order to invest in other projects that interest me as I am not heavily into fashion.

How to grow this business
As you can see, the growth graph shows that the store has been on an uphill climb ever since the re brand I did in august/sept. Currently November metrics triple that of october while keeping ad costs low
$17000 in revenue for November, with around $3500 in ads to reach that, the bulk of my expenses come from suppliers since I havent found a dedicated supplier that can lower prices. Aliexpress suppliers have inflated prices that are sometimes triple that of those from wholesalers.
I have experimented with various niches and products, and since Oct, I have started to grow at a rapid rate. I wont get into the nitty gritty of how to grow a store since that is too vague, however the biggest challenges to overcome in order to scale is to have -A bigger facebook ads budget to better compete in bidding -Branch out to other ad sources like influencet marketing, google ads, niche markets such as reddit/youtube -Get a good supplier with fast shipping and good quality products which can dramatically increase profit margins -Dedicated support software such as zoho (Currently on gsuite) -Dedicated trained support team that can handle issues on time
This truly is not only a business investment but also a time investment. If you fulfill all of the requirements that I have listed, this store can truly flourish.
I have been aimlessly just running the store and putting it on a backburner for two months and generated 25k in revenue, so just image a team putting in real work in growing this.
