I run multiple different business and I have recently decided to dedicate all my time and focus to my main and most loved business. Therefore I am selling this business.
What's involved in running this business
Our normal day-to-day operations are fulfilling new open orders, handle the customer service and running online advertising campaigns.
We have currently outsourced everything of the necessary work besides from running the advertising. Our order fulfillment as well as the customer service are handled by 2 different people we have hired on Upwork. So far our customer service is mainly via email (which is improvable) and fully handled by one of the persons we have hired online. Incoming orders are fulfilled very easily by exporting them into a spreadsheet and forwarding them to our trusted supplier, which will be included in the sale of this business. This is work is currently done by the other person we have hired on Upwork, who is in direct contact with our product and shipping supplier. I am personally running the active advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. I am checking the results about once everyday and sometimes I do quick adjustments which takes up to 30 minutes per day. This work is also very easy to outsource, for example with hiring a professional advertising agency. They will most likely do a better job than me which might end up in even better business results.

Personal support after saleFor 1 month minimum me and my team will help you out with everything you need. After this time you can still always contact me if you have urgent or very important questions and I will always be happy to assist you.
Product photosWe have made a professional photoshooting and have every picture individually edited by multiple Adobe Photoshop experts. You will receive all the pictures from the photoshoot, including edited pictures which are not public yet and about 400 unedited pictures which you can edit and use in the future. I can send them to you however you prefer it (Dropbox, Google Drive etc.)
SuppliersWe have build a very sustainable, trusted and reliable relationship to our supplier. We have priority shipping times and very cheap negotiated cost of goods. The supplier takes care of everything, including engraving the logo into our lamp and putting our logo and QR code on every package. We will make sure that you will get the exact same conditions and build the same relationship to our supplier as we have.
How to grow this business
Until now we have generated our entire revenue with only one lamp/product. If you implement more and more fitting lamps into the website you can create a very big lamp brand. You can build of the existing customers who are already interested in those type of products and already know the brand and use them as leverage for the growth of the brand.
Skills to have
You don't need to have any specific skills or knowledge from the start. The basics of the Shopify dashboard as well as the online advertising are very easy to learn within a short time. I will also be available for minimum 1 month to help you out with everything you need. The other necessary things (order fulfillment and customer service) can easily be outsourced.
