We are an an online boutique curating women's apparel from US and Asia/Pacific suppliers. Our marketing strategies include Lacy Lingerie, Salty Swimwear and our best selling "Bed-To-Brunch" series: "Treat Yourself To Versatile Pieces You Can Wear Morning, Noon and Night. We call them Bed-To-Brunch! It's kind of a thing."
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and have also worked with social media influencers which are great "trust" factors for our social media pages.
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and we continuously receive praise from our customers through email and direct messaging. With over ten years experience in various customer service and marketing positions I have a great understanding of how to communicate with customers and resolve disputes. In essence, you are buying a company with happy customers and no history of outstanding complaints or chargebacks.
The foundation for success has already been built for you. Our store's traffic is in the top 1% of stores that launched the same week we did. Our average order is $59 and our average store conversion rate is 2.31% (.56 higher than the average in our industry). We have a winning Facebook ads strategy with winning products already in place for you. You just have to take the reigns and rinse and repeat. This store is more than just a source of income. It is a valuable asset that anyone would be proud to own.
We sell women's lingerie and apparel. Lingerie is great because it can be sold year-round. Meaning there is no exclusive season for it.
1) Improve SEO: Hire an SEO specialist to increase organic traffic.
2) Improve Facebook ads cost per purchase. Optimal cost per purchase is $5.
3) Create solid Email Marketing Campaigns. Our email marketing campaign for Cyber Monday contributed to half of our sales!
4) Hire a skilled and creative Social Media manager to handle posts, stories and direct messages. I currently manage this myself.
They say a drop shipping store is all pre-loaded work. Countless hours were put into this store in the beginning. It has seen many theme changes in design and product collections over the past several months. We've added and tested approximately 230 products and have narrowed down our top winners - giving them prime positioning on our home page. Over the past several months we've nailed down exactly what works for conversions with our customers. Our pixel has fired over 30 thousand times and the data is primed. Our lookalike audiences are precise and are performing very well.

Other details about profit:We launched in mid-February 2018. During our first full month (March 2018) we grossed $31,123.46 and profited 18K! We were off to an incredible start. During April we suffered a blow as we learned that the manufacturer of our best selling product would no longer produce it. They reasoned that it was difficult to make and their profits were too low to continue production. As a result, the store's gross sales during the months of April, May and June were not as impressive. After months of searching, we found another supplier for the shirt and we are back in business! We began selling it again on July 13 and from July 13 - July 29 our store grossed $13,238 in sales. Boom! We've proven this winning product twice now. In August we grossed over 30K. Then in September we were having over 3K in sales per day (FB adspend was $1K per day, product/store costs were another $1K per day which meant that our profit was $1K per day). With the right pieces in place this store has the potential to do over 300K per year. Buying it now will be a good return on your investment. In August we started buying the shirt in bulk from our original manufacturer. We love the quality so much that we thought we'd try our hand at stocking it in the US. All is going well except we're selling so many that the manufacturer can't keep up with production. Unfortunately, we had to stop our ads on September 7th. You'll see this reflect in our September sales. In the first week of September we have grossed over 17.5K! It's up to the new store owner to decide if they want to continue making the product in bulk or if they want to buy it from our backup supplier and drop ship. Either way you will succeed. We will give you our facebook pixel so you can create your lookalike audiences and then start running new ads. We've proven that this product works for this audience and we've had success upselling them on other items in the store and after purchase with Zipify's One Click Upsell App. It's a gold mine if you can get your ducks in a row. Today is September 28th, 2018. We have approximately 800 backorders which are about to be fulfilled. We are shipping them ourselves with a hired team. After this we'd love to sell the store since we are also doing another new e-commerce business and we don't have time to do both. NOTE: We will not have any more physical inventory to transfer to the new store owner.

Why buy a business on Exchange
The revenue and traffic data that you see on each listing is pulled directly from its Shopify account. This means that the data has been verified. Exchange reviews and monitors listings for thorough and accurate information.
You will be able to communicate with sellers via a secure messaging platform. After you log in and request information from a listing, sellers are notified and have the ability to respond. When you are ready, you can make an offer.
Exchange and Escrow.com have partnered together to provide you with safe transactions that have bank encryption, making sure that payment is securely captured. Escrow.com ensures that its users pass verification checks before transactions can proceed.
Once you submit payment to Escrow.com and the payment has been secured, the funds are held until you confirm that all assets received are as negotiated. You can use the inspection period to ask the seller any extra questions about the business.
When the transaction is finalized, the dedicated migration team at Exchange will begin the process of making you the new owner of the store. Buyers and sellers will be notified via an email from the Exchange team once store transfers have been completed.
