We are an an online boutique curating women's apparel from US and Asia/Pacific suppliers. Our marketing strategies include Lacy Lingerie, Salty Swimwear and our best selling "Bed-To-Brunch" series: "Treat Yourself To Versatile Pieces You Can Wear Morning, Noon and Night. We call them Bed-To-Brunch! It's kind of a thing."

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and have also worked with social media influencers which are great "trust" factors for our social media pages.

We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and we continuously receive praise from our customers through email and direct messaging. With over ten years experience in various customer service and marketing positions I have a great understanding of how to communicate with customers and resolve disputes. Financials and traffic

(store name) launched in mid-February 2018. During our first full month (March 2018) we grossed $31,123.46 and profited 18K! We were off to an incredible start. During April we suffered a blow as we learned that the manufacturer of our best selling product would no longer produce it. They reasoned that it was difficult to make and their profits were too low to continue production. As a result, the store's gross sales during the months of April, May and June were not as impressive. After months of searching, we found another supplier for the shirt and we are back in business! We began selling it again on July 13 and from July 13 - July 29 our store grossed $13,238 in sales. To give an even better idea: Last week the store grossed $7,768.97. Our product costs through AliExpress were $3,240.11 and our Facebook/Instagram ads were $1,696.27... making our net profit $2,832.59 (That's a 30% margin and a
take home pay of $147,294 per year). With this continued success, we will easily gross 28K in August 2018.

The aim for these trades is to post influencers wearing our products to show "trust" on our Salt and Lace Intimates Instagram and Facebook pages. Another form of influencer post is a paid post, using an influencer with a high following. You could try a paid influencer post-someone with a high (275K or so) following to see if they could send their followers to Salt and Lace Intimates for purchases.
4) Create solid Email Marketing Campaigns. We currently do not do email marketing.

What work have you put into the store?

They say a drop shipping store is all pre-loaded work. Countless hours were put into this store in the beginning. It has seen many theme changes in design and product collections over the past several months. We've added and tested approximately 230 products and have narrowed down our top winners - giving them prime positioning on our home page. Over the past several months we've nailed down exactly what works for conversions with our customers. Our pixel has fired over 30 thousand times and the data is primed. Our lookalike audiences are precise and are performing very well.
