[PRIVATE INFO] is an online boutique of stylish apparel for 0-7 years old (our main customers are moms of mainly 0-36 month). We have a very enthusiastic followers on Instagram (28K) and Facebook (16.5K) mainly moms that are very engaged with our posts- lots of sharing and comments per posts, and a lot of clients tagging us on their pics so we have a lot of social proof! We have also more than 8k mailchimp subscribers and we are growing very fast (we have also twitter and Pinterest). a lot of the orders are coming from Instagram (most of them organic so you don’t need to pay for the advertise) and also a lot are coming from a direct + search (and we don’t pay for google search as well). We had more than 140K visits in the last year and we are ranked on the top 1% stores that have the most traffic on Shopify that opened on the same week.
We do dropship from very reliable sellers from aliexpress. The profit margin on most products is 66-75%. It is currently a worldwide free shipping service and we have also a collection of free+shipping that goes very well. to date we had more than 1900 orders we have orders from countries all over the world.

There's a lot of marketing improvements to be done: upsell, google adwords/search or retarget+remarket, google shopping, SEO, Influencers collaborations on Instagram, advertise on Pinterest/Twitter/Snapchat...
What work have you put into the store?
We did a top of the art designing our store with a premium designer that designed the logo and all of the banners (we can provide more banners for future use). we did a vast research on themes, colour, and made changes to the code of the premium theme we chose (like adding trust badges etc.) to work best with our efforts to increase conversion (it works very well on desktop and mobile)
We did also a vast research on our products and the sellers to find the best performing products and the best suppliers so we could provide our customers with high quality designs.
We invested so much time and efforts on providing valuable content to our customers. We did some blogs, email marketing, brand rep searches. it took us a lot of time to acquire our very engaged customers and followers base.
We just had a baby last month and we figured that we cannot continue to work on it like we did, we stopped posting and advertising but our fan base is still there and growing daily without even posting.
