We have since expanded into physical print & digital commemorative publications targeted to the same conservative baby boomers.

    How to grow this business

    This is a readily scalable, high profit margin business that can easily 10x within the first year of transfer and investment. Given the proper resources and attention to the business, you should recoup your original investment PLUS in the first year alone.

    The key will be target market reach. This is a very loyal group of customers/supporters...they just need to be reached properly. We have focused primarily on Facebook to reach customers (a recently declining platform), while neglecting the many other different avenues to target our market. I would use Google Ads, Gab, and other upcoming ad platforms to boost internal email list through customer interaction, such as quizzes or specific political trivia relevant to the target market. New developments in conservative-leaning social media and future US Elections will keep this target market extremely engaged and receptive to your full lineup of products.

    We primarily focused on 1 niche product at a time, but you should have a decent inventory of other items to upsell/cross sell (something we regretfully did not do most of the time). While we never used dropshippers for additional product offerings, it should be something looked into to increase add-on revenue moving forward.

    Significant potential for recurring monthly revenue packages if providing unique news/trends within the conservative market.

    Skills to have

    At the very least, be knowledgeable of trends within the U.S. conservative political arena (think America First). Our customers and target markets are fiercely patriotic to the USA and are very receptive and loyal to products/people that showcase keeping America great.
