Why this business was started

We had previous experience in the beauty niche and we wanted to created a brand with higher product quality, better customer service and ultimately higher margins. We started this business because we came across one product which generated incredible results for it's users, which when comparable with alternatives out there, it was very affordable. Building a brand around this product allowed a fair CPA but the chance to get repeat purchases with healthy margins. Following establishing the brand and generating some trust, we wanted to incorporate a subscription based model into the business.

The reason of selling this business

We would like to use finances for other projects outside of ecommerce. We feel that the brand could be taken to better levels with someone with expertise in e-mail marketing and / or greater experience and passion for the beauty industry.

What's involved in running this business

The products are stocked with a 3PL so all orders are handled there. Customer services is handled by a VA. The daily tasks are checking ads, contacting content creators and editing videos for ad creatives.
