I continually launch new eCommerce stores/brands with my team. This is what we do. We've been marketing online for 11 years now and we know what works. The reason of selling this business

Since my team and I continually build new brands and eCommerce stores, we want to sell this presently profitable store as part of our business model. That is, build scalable profitable eCommerce stores that can be handed off to the new owner while being paid a good profit in return. It's a similar idea to the Silicon Valley tech companies who do all the grunt work to set everything up with the target to get bought out for multi-millions or go public to become billion dollar companies.

What's involved in running this business

  • Managing Facebook ads and refreshing new ad creatives

  • Daily sending order excel sheet to supplier (I will provide my supplier to the new owner). This is the supplier I have used for multi-million dollars of fulfillment and it's the current one I use for this store so everything is already streamlined and pricing negotiated perfectly.

  • Every fews days, check the customer service emails to make sure the virtual assistant are making the all the proper responses and deal with special cases if need be.

    Other basic ecommerce knowledge like managing cash flow to pay for ads and inventory, etc.
