i have 2 businesses and have newly born baby. as one of the business is online it would be much easier to sell it as everyone is after establishing online business.
What's involved in running this business
buying high value products at discounted prices. In take of stock, preparing for shoot, allocating stock, in house shooting of products, uploading picking and packing customer orders in time.
We focus on selling high value items at discounted prices to end customers. While we started aiming retail customers we started building up wholesale customers within UK. We are serving 250+ wholesale customers as well as 200K+ retail customers. On facebook we have 50K+ followers. We are selling whole of the business this includes, domain, inventory, social media accounts, shelves and all the investment we made. Its up to the buyer to continue to the business from same location or different location or move the stock to fullfilment centre as we can give notice to landlord to cease the lease.
Our returning customer rate is over 60%. Our product return rate is around 3%. We are in 1st page of google on 15 categories organically. If buyer has right set of skills and experience in fashion industry they can turn the company into double digit growth every quarter . As i have 2 businesses and i have a new born baby, i find it difficult to spare time for 2 businesses and home and have to sacrifice 1 of them to be able to spend more time with my family.

Once the right stock is in it shoots up the sales. Hence buyer should focus on good stock at all times. Occasionally some stock could be bought more if buyer feels that there is catch. Also at times buyer should buy off season stock where he/she think there could be shortage on season balancing the spending budget accordingly.
