This was one of the many businesses that we have started and scale to over $400,000 in sales and still growing every single day. I have been doing eCommerce for over 4 years and this was just one of the projects that I want to build in order to expand as an entrepreneur.

To maintain the current sales volume of $60-$70k/month USD requires very little effort.
- Advertisement with Google ADs is already optimised and automated at this point
- Customer support is handled by our customer service VA
- Communication + Order Fulfilment with supplier is also managed by our VA.
- Email marketing is handled by email specialist on our team
There is very little that you need to do in order to maintain the current sales figures. It is almost like generating passive income at this point.
You would only need to make payment with supplier, communicate with VA and deal with problems that may arise from time to time. I have found that I only need to put in around 3-5 hours of work a week in order for it to run smoothly.
However, if you wish to grow the business to generate $5k-$10k + /day , you will need to put in more work such as adding more SKUs, looking into different traffic channels, etc.
