I wanted to create a store where men can come and shop to find the latest and hottest accessories all in one place. The vision is to have a fashion man cave, where men can come and invest in themselves all in one place.
The reason of selling this business
Being married with 2 kids, working a full time and part time job, I am not as committed to the business as I once was. M2A has major potential and needs attention. Attention that I'm currently lacking and losing passion for. With the right tools and right person, M2A could be a major brand to the men's fashion world.
What's involved in running this business
You must have a computer, internet and have great customer service skills. My day to day task is consist of fulfilling orders, updating price changes on the website. (This is done through Oberlo, which is where you will fulfil orders through your vendors. You'll be notified of price changes), send out any marketing emails for specials promotions, post on social media plate forms depending on the day, check emails for any customer inquires, answer chat inquires or questions, and updating tracking numbers for fulfilled orders.
Advertising campaigns and mainly run through Goggle Shopping Ads. These adds are fun automatic, so there's no attention needed there. Unless you what to create and run a special campaign.
Additionally, I insure that my shipping supplies are in stock for **FedEx orders. This will including keeping track off (In -House inventory, M2A shipping bags and labels and stickers) ** FedEx orders are supplies that are popular and or in demand by customers. I would usually orders these supplies in bulk so that i can ship out to customer with2 day FedEx delivery. The FedEx account is attached to the business as well, which has the best rate a possible that ships 2 day in the United States.
You must also be responsible for paying your bills (Shopify, Google, Additional Apps, Insurance-AFLAC). These are currently set up on automatic withdrawal. What makes M2A even more special, is that there's supplement insurance attached to it. Insurance policies such as Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Hospital Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Critical Care Insurance as well as Vision and Dental. (Restrictions may apply).
Customer Service: This is usually handled via email or chat. I also have a business phone number that can be used to speak with customers.
Having a smart phone would be very beneficial to have. You can view and access a lot of information through the Shopify app on your smart phone.
All these duties listed above are all done solely by myself.

Personal support after saleI will provide support with any customer relations in regards to chargebacks and or refund request for outstanding orders, as it is my responsibility to take care of past customers. During that time, I'll also assist with any question about operations or navigation throughout the website. I will support and train on how I fulfill orders etc.

How to grow this business
I will open up a small wear house and ship all supplies from there. The goal for M2A was to be a brink and motor store. M2A has only been open for 2 years just as a online store. But its growing each month in orders and sales.
Skills to have
You will need to be somewhat computer savvy, but no expert. You will need to have some customer service skills as well. Something that you may want to learn is web design incase you want to change up the look of the store. Also, maybe become more knowledgeable about Google Ads incase you want to run more adds. If you don't already have personal social media accounts, you'll probably need to learn how to navigate through social media. Some of these can be learned in the Shopify Academy but I'm also here to help with any question. An important skill set to have also is "patience" and to have compassion. You must keep in mind that customers only know what they see. Sometimes, you may get frustrated customers (mainly about shipping times) that come of rude, but by simply communicating with them about status in a graceful way, will put them at ease.
