I'm a pet lover, and always wanted to give my animals a legacy. Even if they didn't know, it means a lot to me. My dog is currently on it's last year or so of life and it inspired me to start this brand and push it. It's my way of coping with the anguish. This business is driven by passion, and has many avenues to create a a mark on this world.
The reason of selling this business
I currently have many projects on my table, to where I'm currently unavailable to fulfill these orders a lot of the time. I typically source management to run Facebook and fulfilling, but taking on that payroll and task isn't the best option for me right now, because if I just had some more time to my day and less priorities I can easily run this myself, and so can you. I run 3, 7 figure stores that just require my at most attention, and I should pursue those as I envision to pursue this amazing project. I will never stop caring for PrettyPaws and will always be there to help. This company will run itself, and is the first business I have sold, mainly because I am confident in that. Again, it all comes to the customer experience in longevity, and being my customer I would never let you down. I want this legacy ran for years and years, and it will be.

How to grow this business
This store has many avenues and streams of income, both tangible and intangible. Our current main revenue stream comes form Facebook Ads and returning customers. We also have an automated affiliate program to where customers are able to receive discounts and earn money by promoting our products (if their codes are used to generate sales). This generates a constant flow of organic income with very high margins. We also have cards that we will begin to place this week at local shelters, dog parks, and by mail. Automated email marketing and SMS marketing has generated 10% of sales and capturing hot traffic. Upsells are implemented, making the average order volume $55+ which calls for good margins. Eventually, we aim to get litigation for shelf space and local pet shops, also selling online via Amazon & Walmart. We love our pets and so does everyone, people will never stop having pets or caring for them!
Skills to have
I will teach the owner the Ads and how they are bid, with winning creatives and ad sets. Owner should have a strong work ethic and can sit down and work from home. Most of the sales stream is automated, and runs itself. Sales will be generated without ads through returning customers, business cards, previous customer promotions, and automated email and SMS marketing off the bat. Ads are the soul source of taking this brand to 8 or 9 figures, we aim to have it there by summer. I am always available for help or to work alongside.
