I started this business because I worked on Broadway and had a passion about theatre and business. I saw an opening in the market and knew the demographic well. I wanted a nice cash flow business with little overhead and something I could build into a solid 6 figure company. We have built a solid brand and community in the theatre space.

I own another Shopify business unrelated to this one that takes up most of my time. I'm tired and want to decrease my responsibility.

    How to grow this business

    1. I would work on expanding the product catalogue since most of the items are print-on-demand, one could add many products for free or only the cost of the designs.

    2. Email Marketing: Since we started using Klaviyo for email marketing, our email revenue has gone up.The new owner could implement many more automated flows and up-sell sequences. Also, sending more emails throughout the year in general since we have so many subscribers.

    3. Expand paid advertising channels (IE YouTube) and increasing the budget

    4. We implemented SMS messaging for the first time this month. Already over 1700 Subscribers. Buyer should grow that as we are seeing 900% ROI

    Skills to have

    The new owner can learn operations easily and should be prepared to know or learn inventory management, marketing, & advertising. If they choose, they could outsource some of these things as well.
