As the business quickly proved its viability, we hired an engineer and consultant to design what is today's top spy product. Our product is unique because of its extended battery life and beautiful high resolution video and audio recording capability. We also serve a variety of domestic abuse and other personal situations.

The reason of selling this business
Since 2016, I have launched and built several other e-Commerce businesses in the home/kitchen industry which are around 10x as large, growing quickly and demanding of full attention. This business is focused in a niche, and based on our research has a market cap of around $1M annual revenue with our existing line of SKUs. I have recognized that while this business is like a child to me, it will be served better in the hands of an up and coming e-Commerce entrepreneur who can benefit from the groundwork that has been laid.
