Why this business was started

Noticeable gap in the Australian market at the time for quality matcha along with Increasing demand for matcha led me to start this business. The goal has always been to create a community of matcha fans within Australia and supply high quality product to customers who may have otherwise been exposed to poor quality.

The reason of selling this business

Time poor. Juggling the demands of full time work, family, study and and other online ventures. I haven't really put a lot of effort into growing the business to its full potential and most of the growth has been organic.

What's involved in running this business

Packing and sending orders, customer service (email only), marketing and managing social platforms, communication with suppliers to order stock. We have some automation already in place already for marketing but this can be built upon. This is NOT a dropshipping business.
