When deciding what niche to build our business around we thought about where we spend our own money. We wanted a niche that we are knowledgeable about and would bring a good profit. Our children is where we spend the most money and we know other parents also spend more on their children than themselves. Parents take a lot of pride in dressing their babies up and sharing photos of their little ones which makes this niche consistantly profitable year round.

How to grow this business
I would continue to grow the social media following for continued social proof and trust for buyers. Facebook currently has 23K+ followers and Instagram currently has 25K+ followers, all obtained organically by running facebook ads. Also continuing to grow the 29K+ email subscribers for email marketing. We have not tried Google Ads for this store. Google Ads could scale this store to the next level and bring in a lot of revenue. We also have "baby brand reps." These are customers that share photos of their children in our products in exchange for a 30% discount for themselves as well as a 25% discount for their family, friends, and social media followers. Each time their unique discount code is used by their followers, the brand rep earns 10% commision. This has been a very low cost way for us to increase sales and social media following while obtaining great photos of babies modeling our clothing. We are able to use these photos on our website, social media accounts, and facebook ads. The 10% commision motivates our brand reps to advertise for us.
Skills to have
Being familiar with Shopify and Facebook Ads would be helpful. We currently use Oberlo for importing products and fullfilling orders so experience with Oberlo or other dropshipping aps would be helpful but not required. The purchase of this store includes training or assistance in all areas of the business for 30 days, including operating the store, advertising, and social media. The buyer should be knowledgeable of the baby clothes industry. It really does go along way in adding new clothes that our supplier adds daily. Staying on top of ads and discounts also help.
