Specifically, was looking to build familiarity with online marketing and advertising, brand development, web design, market research and offer creation. Although fashion e-commerce is not my passion, it has been extremely rewarding to see my ideas and work come to life and drive sales.

Because we have done most of the product photography ourselves, the products have a much more premium look than on Aliexpress which allows us to build better brand trust and be more familiar with the product and its quality. It allows us to create a variety of high quality content for the brand and build relationships with trusted manufacturers in China. We have made thousands of sales over the past 25 months and continued to maintain good customer satisfaction during that time.

With this brand we decided to put an emphasis on high quality content in the form of professional photos and blog posts to help build a relationship with buyers before and after a purchase is made. This has given us a huge advantage over other dropshipping businesses as the photography is the most expensive and time consuming part of creating a polished, premium brand image.

Run effective retargeting campaigns (google, bing, youtube). 3. Gamify the sales funnel and make customers feel connected to the brand (tell an effective story). This is the best way to turn visitors into customers and customers into repeat customers. 4. Hire a VA to do basic customers service and order fulfillment. This was a big mistake we made and wasted a lot of time on when we could've been strategizing. 5. Consider transitioning from Dropshipping-only to Amazon fulfilment for best-selling products to improve shipping times and customer satisfaction/retention.
