I started this business as I always had a genuine passion for fitness. I've always been particularly fascinated with the latest fitness products and trends. The reason of selling this business
I'm currently managing and growing 3 successful Shopify stores with multiple employees. I'm interested in focusing my time and energy on managing one single store and team and growing long term.
What's involved in running this business
The main selling point is the branded inventory. We have a Shipbob warehouse with an inventory of over 100 ready-to-ship BRANDED products with a valuation of $6800. It is a VERY low monthly fee to store all the inventory given the size a weight of the product ($17 monthly for ALL products). This is not only a winning product due to its high demand but also because it is very cheap to store and ship. As soon as a customer places the order online through Shopify, the integrated Shipbob app automatically collects the order and submits it for processing. The Shipbob team then ships the customer the product (in branded packaging) within 3-5 business days, much quicker shipping than drop shipping. This is a fully automated process as the owner is not required to do anything from the moment the customer places the order to when the customer receives it.
Additionally, we have an automated Printful merchandise distribution set up so when a customer orders merchandise through Shopify, it processes and ships automatically requiring no action from the owner. The other two products are drop shipping products with a very reputable seller who ships fast and efficiently. We have encountered no issues with shipping from this supplier. I have communicated with them my interest in selling and they are excited to meet the new owner. The two products are integrated through the Dropified app which easily places mass orders all at once with the click of a button. As for marketing, our team has discovered a very profitable, winning audience through both Facebook Ads and Google Ads that just require a flip of the switch to activate. Another advantage is that the brand is very flexible and one can easily add new product lines and merchandise if so desired.
