Why this business was started
I was already running another webshop when I started this one. I was interested in the product myself and immediatly saw there was a huge demand for the product. At first I sold the Airbuds on sites like Ebay etc. But after a month or two I made this Shopify website and that's when it really took off.
The reason of selling this business
Due to the fact that I have 2 other stores that are making more revenue than this one I won't be able to scale this store to the next level. I already let my girlfriend help me run this store but she works full time and has her own website as well so it's getting difficult to put in the time needed. If this store gets the proper attention it could grow way faster and bigger than it is now. It's hard saying goodbye to this store but it's just a logical step in my time management scheme and considering the other stores I have.
What's involved in running this business
I order everything on Alibaba. You can choose to do the fulfillment yourself or by a third party. Since a few weeks I started using [REDACTED] as fulfillment center for this store because I had no time to do the packaging myself, neither did my girlfriend. But if you don't have any other stores yourself and have the time you could do it yourself and it can save you some money as well, but that's your choice. The most important thing you can do for this store is contacting the right influencers and as many as possible (through instagram DM and sometimes e-mail if it's a bigger influencer). I do the costumers service myself but if you don't want to do this you can easily find someone on Fiverr to do this for you at a cheap price (I do this with my other 2 stores as well). Those are the main tasks running this business.

How to grow this business
- The more influencers you contact the more revenue the store will have. Until now we only used Belgian, Dutch and German influencers but we already sold in other countries like France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, UK and US, so there is definitly potential in those countries as well if you have the time to contact the influencers.
Skills to have
Since contacting the influencers and doing collaborations with them is the main way this store makes revenue there is really no need for specific skills. I usually just send them a template message and wait for their response. Once they respond and say that they are interested it's usually fast to arrange something. I did try some paid collaborations but I prefer sending one of my airbuds for free and make them post a few stories on their profile. This usually leads to the biggest return on adspent. I usually let them choose how to market the product and this has worked very well for me. If needed I will show you exactly how I do this but once you get access to the Instagram account you will be able to see all previous messages with influencers I collaborated with so you will know what to do exactly.
