Why this business was started

At the beginning, we started this business with the idea of testing different products and finding profitable products. We made the decision to try High and Low Ticket items in the same store and to our surprise, we started selling different High Ticket (products with a value of more than $ 1,000) from the first month. We just wanted to learn this business model and we discovered an incredible business.

The reason of selling this business

We are currently running two stores and we are working on a brand. That is why we must sell this business and dedicate 100% to grow our brand. This is a business that requires few employees and the customer service is easy to manage due to the value of the winning products. But we understand that a person or company that can dedicate time and add more marketing sources can take this store to the next level.

What's involved in running this business

Currently, this business is running with two product distributors only. Both are in the United States. We follow the dropshipping model and once we receive the orders from the clients, we order them and they (distributors) are in charge of sending the products to the clients. We also offer customer service based on the guarantees and service of the distributors. The marketing campaigns that we are currently running and that we dominate is only Google Shopping. For the Low Ticket items we try Facebook Marketing but for the High Ticket items we do not. That is why the growth potential of this business. Orders are made by email (the system is created). This business has only presence in Facebook and You Tube (which is included in the sale). It requires several hours a week with two employees only, one answers emails through "live chat" from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and a Project Manager. Email Marketing is automated with good conversion margin.

How to grow this business

If I was not selling it I would start to work Remarketing in Google, Google Search and definitely Facebook which we have not worked much. The name All For Everybody is quite commercial, so I would open more departments of High Ticket items like "Office Desk, Fireplace, Etc.".

Skills to have

Basically it does not require many skills since most of the technical things are done by the Shopify app. The Theme used by the store is optimized with easy-to-use marketing script and that will be part of the training.
