I'm a big believer in a holistic approach to health and I did not feel that there were any online stores that served this demographic appropriately. My approach was to create a store that brought together Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Aromatherapy, Fitness, and Health & Beauty all together under one roof. I saw the trend in social media infulencers in this space as well and so I wanted to market the store in unison with that. This was my first attempt at a dropshipping store and I feel that it was a success. I wanted to create an additional revenue stream for myself without putting that much energy into in on a weekly basis. I took the dropship lifestyle class and had them build the site from me so it has been optimized from the start to succeed.
First and foremost, my wife and I just had our first child. I have 4 other businesses so I felt the need to cut one out as I can already tell that they will all begin to suffer from the time restrictions. Secondly, I feel that I have lost the spark that once powered me through running the site. I used to commit 10-20 hours per week finding new influencers, cold calling gyms and studios and creating additional revenue streams outside of just PPC driven leads. I can no longer find time to do this so I want to put the site in someone hands who can.
Most of my week is made up of fulfilling orders via email or private checkout link. The other time is spent monitoring my adwords and Facebook ad campaigns and updating my site for sales, new products, new categories, etc. Additional time should be spent promoting the business via social media but that is something I have been lacking.

Other details about profit: Profits mostly all come from the sale of yoga trapeze products. It is by far our best selling item. I have worked out a deal with our supplier to get my margins and they have assured me that they will continue to honor that deal.

I would focus on social media growth and presence, creating and running google AdWords, shopable Instagram posts, influencer marketing efforts, content creation, and a heavy focus on email marketing. I would also focus on finding new products that fit the niche that can be easily sold through our current channels. As far as products go, I would focus more on our massage table and fitness equipment sales. Those sales been lacking recently and I feel like that can easily be fixed with better adwords/google shopping placement.
The new owner should have refined customer support skills. While we provide a lot of assurances that the customer is buying from a reputable vendor, they still like to hear from us via phone call or personal email, especially when making a large purchase. Being timely is also very important. I try to update orders with tracking numbers immediately upon receiving them. This has helped me gain a strong reputation among my customers for fast shipping.
