Why this business was started

ALPHACTIVE, a brand name that really stands out as a premium fitness brand. I wanted to target a specific niche being women's fitness clothing, with strong messaging around "women empowerment". A cool, modern and engaging brand with a very distinctive logo that will stand out from the crowd.

The idea was to mix both dropshipping products with print on demand (pod) items with a view to eventually move to a full pod store.

The reason of selling this business

I believe this brand and store needs someone in the fitness space to drive it. Both the brand and store has so much potential with regular positive feedback from followers on the brand, logo and messaging, this could be the next Gymshark! I spent 12 months researching the market, spent fortune on design collateral, it just needs focus and someone enthusiastic in the fitness world to grow it.

The store has been dormant until last month where I decided to finally publish the store and actually run some campaigns of which I have successfully had orders just to prove the store actually works and has potential!

What's involved in running this business

Researching on Aliexpress for women's fitness wear, although I have already selected and established relationship with 3 main suppliers. Created product pages using Orbelo and occassional POD designs using printful. Fulfilling orders is fully automated using Orbelo and ad campaigning doesnt take too much effort once you have established a good audience. I have setup some instagram automation to post weekly motivation on the instagram page. I have run the store with minimal effort, in order to make this successful the new owner will want to invest time in marketing and social campaigns.
