Financials and traffic
Currently shipping has been the major issue with profit margins - I've been unable to leverage the cheaper shipping companies due to personal circumstances. Additionally, moving into larger items like rugs and furniture will open up the store to bigger profits as the profit per order is much higher.

Currently running on minimal expenditure, so the scope for increasing revenue through marketing is wide open. Currently having a sale with free shipping, add shipping costs back in (but don't make them too high).
(ie. Adwords, Facebook ads, etc.)
Much of the inventory is ready to be reordered as the reusable products in particular have proved very popular lately and have sold out. I also have a new ceramic cup supplier - which has previously been a huge draw to the website - new owner would just need to put in an order. Plenty of packaging materials available which I'll also provide with the inventory - boxes, bags, stickers, scales, tape, tissue paper etc.
I have put a lot of effort into customer service in this store - each order receives a personalised note and soap sample (or other gift depending on order size). This has started to see an ROI with our returning customer rate increasing. We have also had good exposure in national homewares magazines - recently Real Living, and soon Gardening Australia. Previously Better Homes and Gardens (highest selling home magazine in Australia), Courier Mail, Herald Sun and more. In the top 9% of Shopify stores for traffic that opened the same week as us. Business is currently run from home out of a double garage to reduce overheads and provide a flexible lifestyle.
How can the future owner improve the business?
Increase marketing - massive scope here, diversify/increase inventory into furniture/rugs/larger items, buy in larger quantities to reduce per unit costs, decrease shipping costs, start a physical location.
What work have you put into the store?
Branding, social media, online store setup, inventory and sourcing, building a customer base.
