Why this business was started

After doing a lot of in depth research in the fashion industry, and carefully analysing countless brands, I decided to start build a brand in this niche and learn what products work best, aswell as providing a great customer service for customers. I originally created this store as an additional income source but ended up becoming very passionate about the niche, and decided to run it long term and turn it into a brand.

It was easy to operate the store as all our products are dropshipped directly from our reliable supplier to customers, in a timely manner. We also got a good head start with this brand as we already had some experience in the fashion niche.

Only decided to sell this business to move into a new niche and try something new, while funding my next venture.

What's involved in running this business

Our team finds hot and new products on Aliexpress, brands them on our site and then advertises them on Facebook. We have an automated system that finds us winning products every week that drive revenue, making it very hands off.

When we sell the products, we order the products from our dedicated supplier and ship them directly to the customers in a timely manner. Our supplier also provides quality checks on all items before sending out in our branded packaging.

My weekly tasks involve meetings with my teams on Zoom and check ins on Slack, just to make sure everything is running smoothly. My Virtual Assistants (who live overseas) run the day-to-day operations and customer service tasks, keeping me free to monitor the team and plan ahead.

    Using our fine tuned product research method, we can easily identify the latest trends and market patterns so we can always be ahead of everyone else. We will also continue to grow our backend revenue with more advanced email marketing and upsells set up by our professional email and SMS team.

    We also plan to grow our social media pages and take on brand ambassadors to really boost the organic reach of our brand.
