The [PRIVATE INFO] business started in 2011. It was the brain child of Brother and Sister Michael and Katerina Kyriacou. Katerina as a nail technician came up with the unique idea of being able to change normal nail polish into gel polish, from this idea [PRIVATE INFO] Advanced was born. The product line expanded to over 300 products within 5 years and enjoys a healthy margin as well as a wholesale business to a major Hair & Beauty company in the UK with ties to the US market.

In our opinion improving the online business would consist of : 1. Using bloggers to talk about and review the products. 2. More videos on social media showing the products being used in before and after videos to drive traffic to the site. 3. Improved SEO management. 4. Create trade accounts for key clients. 5. Create a training and education portal for the site. 6. Pinterest social media growth. 7. Create a commission based sales force team to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

These are the main areas we feel the business can improve in and would potentially grow the business exponentially.

What work have you put into the store?

Growing the business from one single product has been an interesting challenge, we have put 100's of work hours into building the product range over the years by adding "Hero" products such as Chroma Gel Advance, Fix n Protect and Universal Bonder. Growing the social media following on Facebook and Instagram hasn't been easy and is really a full time job but over the years it has grown steadily to over 52K. We have built up a good stock level of our fastest selling items and have made strong business ties with industry leaders and retailers with potential to really drive that side of the business. All products have Safety Data Sheets and Safety Assessments as required by EU law and we have not had any issues with any products since day 1.
