Why this business was started
I decided to begin this business to challenge myself, try something new and see if I could make money from a business with no inventory. My goal was to generate enough income to quit my job and I almost succeeded.
My other reason for starting this business was to implement the skills I acquired over the years in sales and marketing.
The reason of selling this business
I have decided to sell due to unforeseen circumstances with the health of my wife that requires me to care for her daily and this has proven to be extremely challenging especially with our 2 kids aged 7 and 9 that also require my time. I took this business serious towards the end of May this year and to date it has been generated great sales.
What's involved in running this business
My main supplier has his software connected to the store so orders get fulfilled automatically and he invoices me weekly, can also be done fortnightly. All Shipping information is automated.
I usually reply to comments and questions on a daily basis via social media for the ads and post on social media a couple of times a week.
I communicate with my main supplier via WhatsApp almost everyday.

How to grow this business
Target the Northern Hemisphere as the current customer base is from Australia. So when it's summer in Australia target the winter products to the US, Canada and UK and vice versa.
Skills to have
Great customer service, this is essential. My customers have generated sales for me by word of mouth due to my outstanding customer service. This is being prompt with customer enquiries, on social media and email. My longest reply delay would be a maximum of 8 hours.
