I have been in E-commerce for several years. I tried various models and finally came up with this business in late 2019. This business is among the pioneers to offer Designer Products as a dropshipping within Australia and also Made to Order products.

The reason of selling this business

I recently got involved in a few other ventures which consume most of my time. This business is very dear to me and I don't want to compromise on it. Therefore, I decided to move on from it, knowing that this will be in competent hands.

This business currently has a team of 5 VAs. This team is managing all day to day tasks. Inventory Update, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, New Product Listing. All repetitive tasks are handled by the team. As a store owner, I just need to supervise the team. Handle the customer service and deal with suppliers. It includes: supplier payments, fulfilling orders, occasionally arranging freight and onboarding new suppliers.

    This business has 2 models. 1st Model Dropshipping of High Ticket items (average order value from last year is $700+). All our suppliers are premium Australian brands. Since we have a very strong social presence and a lot of positive reviews, we can add as many suppliers as we want.

    2nd Model Made to Order handmade products with a profit margin up to 70%. Profit can range from $1500-$4000 in a single order. Putting some more focus on it can significantly increase the overall profit and turnover. This Supplier of Made to Order is supplying to major brands in Uk, US and Asian countries as well. There is also an option to offer these products in these countries as well. (depends on the business structure)
