We stopped selling within the UK which was our strongest market as we didn't want to register for VAT. Operating within the UK will increase the sales by quite some bit.

We barely post on Facebook or engage with our audience, and only send around one mailing campaign a month. These two things alone to be focused on would increase profit majorly.
