Why this business was started

I found the product on TMALL (Chinese online-shop) and was immediately convinced by it and the good reviews. The product cannot be found on AliExpress and there are no other dropship-stores that sell it. Therefore, I opened the first online store and had professional promotional material created as there was not much available.

The reason of selling this business

I am studying medicine and will start working as a doctor soon. Therefore, I don’t have the time to scale the shop up to the level it deserves.

It is also possible to negociate prices and special conditions directly with the factory. I only send excel order lists to the supplier and their team does the rest of the work. When a product arrives damaged, there will be a replacement without hesitation.

    How to grow this business

    The new owner will get a 1 on 1 support for the first month.

    Scale up marketing: Invest more time and resources into social media marketing and influencers. I have active Facebook, TikTok and Google ads accounts but I stopped all ads after Christmas due to lack of time (studying medicine). All channels were profitable and can easily be reactivated at any time. Additionally, there is still plenty of upside potential for influencer marketing. I have no experience in this field and only did one small influencer campaign which was very successful.

    Expand to other platforms: Contact other shops to include this unique product to their offering. Use Amazon as a sales platform.

    Expand target regions: Expand marketing and/or shipping to other parts of Europe or the US. My website currently focuses on Germany + Austria, there are many regions that are not yet targeted for this new product.

    Skills to have

    Everything is already set up and the shop is easily manageable by one person. The buyer should be familiar with Social Media Marketing on Facebook, Google and TikTok (I will provide 1 on 1 support for the first month). As my target region is Germany + Austria, the buyer should speak German for customer interactions (mails) or have a freelancer who does.
