I decided to start this business for a few major reasons: #1. Baby products are an emotional buy, therefore the likeliness of the customer purchasing is high. #2. Toys R Us and Babies R Us are permanently closing, so online kid/baby product sales are rising above 20%+. #3 Babies are born all year long, giving you a steady stream of sales annually. After extensive and intensive research, into products suppliers and marketing, I had decided to focus on two main products: the safety Wristband and the Innovative Diaper Bag.

I am selling my business because I have been presented an opportunity to operate another Shopify store. I can operate both stores at once but I believe in focusing on the task that is in front of you. Operating two stores will take more time out of my day than I wish.
What's involved in running this business
Running this business involves a general knowledge of dropshipping and a general knowledge of FB/Google Ads. I took a $120 online course to learn Facebook ads and I learned it in a week. All my online driven sales have came from FB Ads, so if you have experience with Google ads as well, you have an opportunity to generate more leads.
For order fulfillment, this store is using a fulfillment App, when the order is received, just go to the app, pay the order and the order and the tracking code will be automatically fulfilled and sent to the customer.

How to grow this business
Collecting emails from page visitors has been the key to my shops success, therefor I would continue to grow the business by attaining more customer data and re-targeting subscribers with multiple ads. I would also eventually love to see a social media influencer purchase and promote one of the products I sell... many people on Instagram have offered but I never took them up on their offers. I would also continue to scale the ads and create more content around the product.
If there are new trending products that you wish to promote, the fulfillment app included in this store can easily find and add them in the store, for fully automated fulfillment. no need for individual supplier for each product.
