This store was started back in February, 2018. I quickly scaled it up to a few thousand dollars a day with basic Facebook ads. After custom branding the store and my ads with models I scaled up to almost $10,000 in one day.

The swimwear industry is set to hit $20B in revenue 2018. It's really a great niche to have a store in. Even 4th quarter during the winter months it's easy to run sales and still get good sales.

*Please note: The reason for sales being down in the late months of summer is because Shopify put my payments on hold due to a fulfillment issue with my customers not receiving their tracking numbers. I stopped marketing during those months when we were fixing the problem.

Why should someone buy this store?

This is a very established swimwear store with good SEO, organic sales, and over 11,000 purchases on one of our Facebook pixels (meaning Facebook is optimized really well for our purchase conversion ads).

This store also has a lot of custom branding, which 100% helps beat out all other competitors. I have custom photos on the website, along with custom video swipe up ads I've created with models wearing the swimwear.

This store also has over 65,000 emails that can be marketed to, along with almost 600 Facebook messenger subscribers to market too. Facebook messenger lists are known for having really good open rates as well, around 85%.

The emails and messenger list are also untouched! I haven't put anytime into actually sending out blast email or messenger promotions.

I also have one of the best suppliers with the best quality swimwear & pricing, plus quick shipping from China. She can also add custom branding to packaging to the swimwear.

How can the future owner improve the business?

A few things the new owner could do to drastically increase revenue.

  1. Create an Instagram account.
  2. This is a young demographic and having a solid Instagram account with real followers is a great way to create organic sales and more credibility.

  3. Post more on our Facebook page.

  4. I recommend just connecting your new Instagram account to the Facebook page. When you post on Instagram it will post the same thing on the Facebook page.

  5. Send out blast email promotions at least once a month.

  6. I have over 65,000 untouched emails. I know my mentor would kill me if he knew I wasn't sending out emails monthly, as he says you should be able to make $1 per email you have on your list. So there is basically free money to be made with email marketing, which I advise the new owner take advantage of.

  7. Send out blast Facebook messenger promotions monthly.

  8. I have just about 600 untouched messenger subscribers that you will also be able to make lots of additional revenue from.

  9. Possibly redo the website to make it look even better.

  10. I haven't updated my website in a while. I know there are a lot of great themes that would go well with this store.

What work have you put into the store?

I have definitely invested a good amount of time into this business during the early stages, however now it is relatively easy to maintain.

The things I've done for the store are: - Built the entire website, including amazing apps which help produce more revenue - Shoot swimwear ads and photos over the past few months - Networked my way to getting a custom swimwear supplier with the best pricing and quality swimwear. - Hired amazing cheap virtual assistance that do all the "busy work" for the business.

    How to grow this business

    1. I would heavily focus on building and scaling an Instagram account for this business.

    2. I would invest in using social media influencers to promote us and help the brand name. I would then use the content the social media influencers make to run Facebook ads with.

    3. I would then start bulk ordering all products to the US to get better margins on the swimwear.

    4. I would hire a copy write to start doing all my email marketing.
