I am an entrepreneur at heart and this is the third successful business I have founded. As a lover of social, fashion and jewelry, and a desire to give back, I created BaliMoonJewels with a ShopForGood mission in order to check off all the "wants" on my list. Founded just six months ago, we have made amazing strides and have had consistent growth since the beginning. There are so many directions this business can go in and with the right person, I believe it can grow into a top social fashion business.
The reason of selling this business
I have decided to list my startup because I am dealing with long COVID on top of other health issues. Bali Moon is in a great place at the moment and needs someone who is strong, capable and business minded - fashion savvy to take this to its next level. I will be with you in the beginning training you on every aspect of the business and will always be available for questions afterward. I do want to add that the sale of this business comes with over $5k worth (if sold at listing retail price) of inventory for you to start with. With just the inventory, the sale price I am asking can be made back quickly (you are really just paying for inventory and getting an already established successful business).
What's involved in running this business
Maintaining the shopify website, purchasing products, photography of product, model photoshoots/collabs if you want to continue doing that, pricing products, popups (if you want to do those in your neighborhood), social media marketing, running ads, accounting, shipping and fulfilling orders (i do this from my home office). * I do want to add that the sale of this business comes with over $5k worth (if sold at retail listing price) of inventory for you to start with.

Through social, ads, model collaborations, direct mail marketing, and in person popups, there are so many ways to grow this store in the future. I already set the foundation for a great start. Wholesale streams through Faire, Etsy etc. also bring in extra revenue. There are additional sites like these you can join. **Please note, in the screenshot you will see our current profits for May. Down below you will see April which was low because I was down with COVID. May and the other months are our typical profit numbers, and we are only 2.5 weeks into the month.
Skills to have
A good eye for fashion, photography, and social media skills are a great match for this kind of business. If you are familiar with Shopify, that is helpful, but I am ready to train the buyer in all areas - business, website, purchasing, pricing, social, marketing - when he/she becomes the new owner.
