The new owner will be responsible for fulfilling all orders that come through. This tasks is made much simpler thanks to the Oberlo app which literally is a one click order to the customer's address.
Managing the marketing channels on Google and Facebook. Keeping an eye on the monthly ad budgets and ensuring that everything is running smoothly. We have set the ad accounts up so that they will run pretty amazing but there is always room for improvement.
The new owner may choose to explore additional marketing channels like SMS or email. A notification/newsletter can be sent out once a week with special discounts or other news.

How to grow this business
Over the next five years, I would focus on the online presence of the store and how to capture the attention of the wider target market. This can be achieved via omnipresent advertising on all social channels and a thorough Google presence.
There is an obvious demand for the product and our customers love what we sell. The next step would be also looking to building a defining brand that can dominate the market for digital barometers. There is currently no single brand that dominates this market space so this would be another goal for the new owner long term.
Finally, I suggest the new buyer begins looking to quantity inventory purchases. Not only will this allow a lower cost of product but it will also coincide with building a brand. We will be more than happy to help with the transaction activity. We use a reliable buying agent in China who can source the best products wholesale.
Skills to have
The new owner will need to make themselves familiar with the basics of the shopify platform. This will include the following: order fulfillment; Oberlo; discount creation; adding/editing products.
A general knowledge of eCommerce analytics will also be advantageous as well. Understanding how website traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates and average site duration all work together will ensure the new owner is operating optimally online. We can provide the new owner with full training on this subject so that they are not left guessing anything.
Finally it would be ideal if the new owner has a basic understanding with how the Facebook ad manager and Google ad dashboard works. We have already set up the advertising platforms as a plug and play so that they are ready to start generating traffic immediately. We are happy to train the new owner on how to operate the ads and even share some of our advertising hacks ;)
