I would grow this business by uploading more products and improving the back-end of the business. I have had over 1,000 customers to date on this store in just under 3 months. So the main focus would be to get past and future customers to purchase more products that are similar through email marketing campaigns, as well as upsell/downsell directly after purchasing.
There is a lot of data to work with at this point and the right person could scale this store to bigger numbers and create a long term brand.
