What's involved in running this business
My freelancer, the supplier (2) and I are in a skype group. My freenlancer mainly took care of customer support. He replied to emails and facebook and instagram messages. If there were problems with orders, he clarified this in the skype group with my suppliers. The suppliers are very cooperative and we have a very good relationship with each other. They also have access to shopify, but only for orders. They fill the orders and send them to the customers. If there were problems with orders, they sent them again without a cause. When there were new products, my suppliers sent me good photos. I then put the products in the shop My job was just marketing. It was mainly advertised via facebook and instagram. I invested around € 40,000-50,000 a month in marketing. In winter, of course, much, much more. I think there is still a lot of potential in google ads.
