Business Story
Why this business was started
I started this business because I saw a lot of potential in the niche. Before I start a new store I research the niche to make sure there is an abundance of product to roll out. I also check Facebook audience insights to make sure there are several million + audiences that I can start advertising too. A secondary reason was to capitalize on the 40-65+ age demographic that has shown a lot of growth in my previous businesses and a music themed store was the perfect niche to capture their attention.
The reason of selling this business
The main reason is my plate has just gotten to full. I just launched a new brand in September and I also started a new consulting company as well. Even though this company is very profitable and has long term growth potential but It is not what I am passionate about. I have been in the ecom space a long time so I am slowly moving towards different projects.

Seller‘s Advice
How to grow this business
I would grow this store over the next 5 years by scheduling out month long email drip campaigns, with rotating products every month. I would run clearance sales on old products and inventory and keep the cycle going month after month into Q4, where I would hold my biggest storewide sale of the year.
I would use facebook and google advertising to gain new customers and leads, and then pull them into my internal marketing plan.
I would also roll out a line of practical musical products instead of just jewelry and apparel to fully capitalize on the customer base.
I would keep my team lean, and work with people overseas to keep costs down.
Skills to have
There is no specific skill or knowledge that the owner should have before buying this store, other than the ability and desire to learn, grind, and succeed.
